Chris is an Accredited Exercise Scientist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist, having completed both a Bachelor of Exercise Science at the University of Wollongong, and a Masters of Clinical Exercise Physiology at the Australian Catholic University.
Chris’s passion for helping people through Exercise Physiology services arose due to a combination of his sporting background and personal experiences with chronic disease and Injury rehabilitation.
As such, Chris is extremely passionate in providing effective rehabilitation that aims to bring a high level of care to each and every client to help them achieve constant improvements in their rehabilitation, quality of life and to maintain long-term wellbeing.

Chris’s Approach to Exercise Physiology
Chris strongly believes that regular, structured exercise serves as medicine for many injuries, conditions, and diseases. Exercise should form a staple component in everyone’s life.
Chris aims to provide a therapeutic approach at improving disease management through highly individualised, evidence-based exercise prescription.
Chris has a keen interest in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, return to work programs, metabolic health and spinal injuries. Chris also has a passion for cancer rehabilitation, specifically, providing the most up to date research to help alleviate the common symptoms of cancer and cancer treatment.
Due to his love for all sports, and after completing 1 year in his Masters of Exercise Science (Strength and Conditioning), Chris also has a passion for athletic development, strength and conditioning and physical performance for sports competitors of all levels.
Chris’s primary goal as an Exercise Physiologist is to provide his clients with the tools, experience and knowledge needed to continually improve upon their own health.
