Dilki’s goal in life was to always pursue a career where she has the opportunity to help people. This passion to help people, mixed with her own personal experience around injury rehabilation as well as her passion for sport, drove her to pursue Exercise Physiology as a career. Growing up, Dilki played tennis competitively and is still very passionate about the sport, along with cricket, AFL and NRL.
Dilki’s believes that a large part of being an Exercise Physiologist is to be a strong advocate for living a balanced and healthy lifestyle and to ensure her patients see exercise not as a burden but as a positive experience that can enhance their overall wellbeing.
