Haylee’s Story
Haylee’s passion for sport and leading a physically active lifestyle guided her in the direction of wanting to help others create a healthy and active lifestyle – disease, injury and pain free.
Haylee provides a holistic approach amongst the exercise physiology realm and endeavours to continue building upon her skills and knowledge to implement the most effective rehabilitation to treat, manage and prevent acute and chronic disease and injuries.

Haylee’s Approach to Exercise Physiology
Haylee is an Accredited Exercise Physiologist (AEP) and Exercise Scientist (AES) with Sydney Sports and Exercise Physiology, currently available for appointments at Sydney West Sports Medicine.
Haylee started her career as an AEP by graduating from Western Sydney University with a Bachelor of Health Science (Sport & Exercise Science) and completed her Master of Clinical Exercise Physiology (Rehabilitation) at Charles Sturt University.
Practicing as an Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Haylee has worked with a wide range of clients, successfully managing musculoskeletal rehabilitation, return to work rehabilitation, managing disease and injury prevention, amongst other capacities.
Throughout Haylee’s time as an AEP she has also developed a particular interest in promoting healthy and positive lifestyle and behavioural changes amongst her clients, further helping them to reach their goals. Haylee’s goal as an Exercise Physiologist is to continue improving the quality of life of all her clients by implementing evidence-based EP practice to help her clients achieve their ideal outcomes.
