Mia’s Story

Mia’s passion for helping people through Exercise Physiology was developed through her sporting background and personal experiences with suffering injuries. Her experience with the chronic disease population has also further developed her desire to assist those with their rehabilitation.

Mia is extremely passionate in providing effective rehabilitation services that offer high quality care and support to assist every client with achieving their lifestyle goals and improving their quality of life through evidence-based exercise.  

Outside of the clinic Mia plays semi-professional Rugby League with the Sydney Roosters NRLW team and enjoys spending time with friends and family.

Mia’s Approach to Exercise Physiology

Mia has a passion for helping people improve their quality of life, well-being and performance by utilising her interests and knowledge in sport, exercise and musculoskeletal rehab. Mia has developed a strong interest in prescribing evidence-based exercise interventions and education for the rehabilitation of musculoskeletal rehabilitation and chronic disease management.  

Her interests in competing in a range of competitive sports, particularly Rugby 7s and Rugby League and her own experiences with injury rehabilitation has equipped her with valuable knowledge of conditioning and rehabilitation of musculoskeletal injuries. This has also developed her passion for athletic development, strength and conditioning and physical performance. 

Mia aspires to improve client’s quality of life and provide them with the knowledge and tools to manage their own health.
