Nicole’s Story
Nicole is passionate about helping others discover the benefits of living healthy, active lifestyles. She has experience working with individuals living with a wide range of health conditions and disabilities.
“I aspire to provide a supportive and encouraging environment for my clients to reach their goals.”
Nicole has a strong background in Swimming, having previously competed as a national level swimmer and worked as a learn to swim teacher and swimming squad coach. In her spare time, Nicole enjoys swimming, playing netball and strength training in the gym.
She is dedicated to providing an individualised, holistic approach for all her clients.
