Pasquale (Pat)’s Story

Pat is an Accredited Exercise Scientist and Accredited Exercise Physiologist, having completed his studies at Western Sydney University and Australian Catholic University.

Over the past few years, Pat has worked as a Personal Trainer and has a now progressed into a clinical role within SSEP. He has a passion for helping people optimise their health and get the most out of themselves.

Pat has joined the SSEP team at the Lifestyle & Sports Physiotherapy clinic in Narellan.

Pat’s Approach to Exercise Physiology

Pat’s passion for Exercise Physiology stems from his own personal experiences with chronic pain, as well as his love of strength and conditioning, specifically in strength and submission grappling sports.

Pat has a particular interest in the delivery of exercise for chronic disease prevention and management, musculoskeletal rehabilitation, as well as general and sports specific training.
