Zac’s Story
With both practical and clinical experience in athletic development, sports injury rehabilitation and chronic condition and injury rehabilitation, Zac aspires to help people improve their quality of life through exercise, enabling them to realise the many health benefits of long term physical activity.
Outside of the clinic, Zac enjoys playing basketball, watching any kind of sport, being outdoor and spending time with his dog, Pumba.

Zac’s Approach to Exercise Physiology
As an EP, Zac is equipped with the knowledge, skills and competencies to design and deliver safe and effective exercise interventions for people with acute, sub-acute or chronic medical conditions, injuries or disabilities.
Since graduating, Zac has been sharpening his skills alongside some of the best in the country, working in the athletic development and sports injury rehabilitation realm. This saw Zac help athletes from all different sports overcome various injuries and help them get back to what they love – something he is very passionate about!
As well as this, Zac also has experience working in a clinical setting, treating people with multiple different chronic conditions and injuries.
