Cameron Hyde - "Coach Cam"

Accredited Exercise Physiologist & TrainingPeaks Endurance Sports Coach

I started athletics when I was 8 years old, and was quite successful in the sprint and sprint hurdles events.

My success in these events continued all the way through until I was 17 years old, before an injury stopped me from competing and I never really got back to my prime.

I started running again 3 years ago and decided to take on the challenge of becoming more of an endurance athlete.

There was something special I found in pushing my body to the maximum physical and mental limits.

This drove me to challenge myself to my first marathon in 2020.

Since then I have continued to work on speed and endurance and continue to hit personal bests.

I enjoy helping my clients improve their performance through education of the body’s physiology, and individualised exercise programs.

As an exercise physiologist and keen runner, I can combine my knowledge of biomechanics, anatomy and physiology to create a program specific to you and your goals.

Mitchell Van Noort - "Coach Mitch"

Accredited Exercise Physiologist, Accredited Exercise Scientist, and TrainingPeaks Endurance Sports Coach

I started in little athletics when I was 4 years old and was above average in sprint events until I was 15 years old before a hip injury affected my running and field sports.

I started endurance training again 2 years ago after a significant time off working on my strength. I have decided to take on the challenge of multi-sport triathlon, something which I had limited experience with when starting.

By far the best thing for me in training is exploring new environments and pushing limits from my body. There is something special I find in enjoying training and committing to the consistent process and doing this in a beautiful place like Sydney makes it all possible. This drove me to challenge myself to my first triathlon in 2020 and since then an ACL injury and Covid-19 have affected consequent racing. However big things to happen in 2022 and beyond.

The challenge so far has taken me to new heights with the integration of my passion for multi-sport with pool swimming athletes. Currently, I coach a squad of national & international pool and open-water swimmers working on their dry-land strength & conditioning.

I combine my knowledge and passion of human physiology with strength training to create an integrated wholistic program to achieve client goals.
